As an AAHA-accredited and Cat-Friendly certified practice, we’re committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming, pet-focused environment.
As pet ownership surged during the COVID-19 pandemic, Saint Francis Veterinary Center, an award-winning emergency and specialty practice in South Jersey, needed to stay connected with clients and communicate essential safety protocols.
As part of the R&J team, I helped lead a multi-channel digital strategy that reassured existing clients, educated new pet owners, and elevated the brand’s social media presence. We designed a series of custom-branded infographics and creative content that made Saint Francis’s new Curbside Concierge service easy to understand and visually accessible across Facebook and Instagram.
To build community engagement, we introduced interactive social content like a pet-themed bingo board and launched the #SummerSafetyWithSaintFrancis campaign—delivering seasonally relevant tips with fun, shareable visuals.
Our creative approach not only helped clients navigate veterinary care during an uncertain time but also reinforced Saint Francis’s reputation as a trusted and compassionate leader in pet wellness.
